Hi, I'm Natalie Sammons. I've worked with over 150 businesses - from solo founders to $20M+ firms and I've seen one truth again and again: Success isn't about doing more. It's about doing the right things, better.
My background's in accounting and finance, but my passion is building businesses that actually work. Ones that grow profitably. Ones that don't chew through your time, energy, and relationships.
And yes, I've run businesses myself. I've juggled teams, managed clients, led projects, and hit that "this is unsustainable" wall. That's why I do what I do now: helping other Canberra business owners lead smarter, grow faster, and get their lives back in the process.
