I wanted to see if I could do it myself. I knew recruitment well and wanted to back myself in Canberra.

Doing everything. Running the business, delivering recruitment, managing systems, and trying to stay ahead of problems at the same time.

Market changes. The shift from high demand to a tighter market has changed how the business operates.
